MARRAS PHARMA CORP keeps one small shelf of everyday dietary supplements under our own label. Order a box here and we will post it, or leave it for us to hold at the counter on 217 Remsen St.

Pick a box size
Two, three or six bottles. The price per bottle drops as the box gets bigger; there is no subscription and nothing renews on its own.
Pay on the order form
Card details go in on our order page and are handled by our payment provider. Your emailed receipt lists the box, the handover method and the return window.
We pack it the next business day
Orders in before 4pm Eastern on a weekday are taped shut and labelled the following business day. Tracking is emailed the moment the label is printed.
Leave it for pickup
Choose counter pickup instead and we keep the bag behind the register at 217 Remsen St for fourteen days. There is no fee either way.

One shelf, one label, three box sizes
The shelf this website is built on is a short one. It holds GlucoBalance — a once-daily dietary supplement capsule for adults — in a 30-capsule bottle, and we sell it in boxes of two, three or six. That is the whole range. We would rather keep one thing stocked properly than list a dozen and run out of half of them.
Every bottle carries a tamper seal, a lot number and a best-before date on the base, and the complete Supplement Facts panel is printed on the carton. Ask and we will email you a photograph of that panel before you spend anything.
Stock is counted on Monday mornings. If a box size is short we take it off the order form rather than let you buy something we cannot post, and the text list is where we say when it is back.

Returns desk
180 days from the delivery date, opened or not. Email us first and we will send a prepaid label and refund the original card once the box is back.
Bagged, stapled to the receipt and set aside under your last name.
Ordered online, collected in person
Plenty of our regulars would rather not wait on the post, so counter pickup is offered on every box at no charge. Tick Hold at the counter on the order form and the address fields disappear — we only need a name and an email.
When it is ready
Before 4pm Eastern on a weekday, it is usually bagged the same afternoon. After that, or at the weekend, it is ready the next morning we open. We email you when it is on the pickup shelf — please wait for that email before making the trip.
What to bring
The order number from your receipt, on your phone or on paper. If someone else is collecting for you, reply to the ready email with their name and we will note it against the bag.
How long we hold it
Fourteen days from the day it is ready. If you cannot get in by then, tell us and we will keep it longer or post it instead. Uncollected boxes after fourteen days are refunded in full to the original card.
Where to come
217 Remsen St, Cohoes, NY 12047-3024. The pickup end of the counter is the one nearest the door. Counter hours are Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm ET; Sat, 9am-1pm ET.
Pickup is a retail handover and nothing more: we hand you a sealed bag from the shelf you ordered from. No prescriptions, clinical services, consultations or insurance are handled at this counter or anywhere on this website.
A short list for shelf specials
We keep one text list, and it is used for one thing: telling people when something on our shelf is on special, back in stock, or new. It is a marketing list only. Order confirmations, receipts, pickup notices and shipping updates are sent by email, never through this list.
